I think that's sort of the same issue, taken to extremes. Much of what we're covering isn't to do with the required words not existing, but to do with the fact that they're not available to you at the time, because for example you've had to accept the built-in assumptions of the situation in order to enter the discourse (I've got a half-formed analogy about having to climb the steps to enter the house, but if you start attacking the steps once you're inside, the house falls over, or you fall out or something...)
