triskellian: (Me by secretrebel)

First real kiss: I was 14. His name was Martin. It was on the wasteland next to Luton airport, with a couple of similarly occupied friends.
First job: Sorting reprinted cigarette cards into sets for 10p a set. Worked out at about a fiver an hour, which was quite a lot to twelve-year-old me.
First self-purchased album: Probably True Blue, but I can't really remember.
First funeral: My grandad's. I was fifteen.
First pets: Sam the labrador predated my entry into the family, so it was more that I was his first little person than he was my first pet. First pet acquired after me was Toby the bad-tempered black cat, who did a pretty good job of putting [livejournal.com profile] blondeccgirl off cats entirely for years.
First piercing: Ears, aged about fourteen. For several years before that, I'd been trying to convince my mum to let me, and she always said I could for my next birthday, in the hope I'd've forgotten by then.
First true love: Carl, aged fourteen. Not sure about the 'true' bit, though.
First big trip: day trip to France with school, when I was ten.
Last good cry: surprisingly, no idea. 'Surprisingly' because I cry quite easily.
Last movie seen: I think it was Me Without You with [livejournal.com profile] secretrebel a couple of weeks ago.
Last beverage drank: earl grey tea at work at lunchtime.
Last food consumed: Sandwiches, ditto.
Last TV show watched: [livejournal.com profile] lathany's videos of Angel series 3, last night with [livejournal.com profile] smiorgan
Last shoes worn: probably suede-soled ballet shoes on the last bank holiday Monday (they're the commonly-used modern substitute for Regency shoes). It's so long ago because I usually wear boots.
Last CD played: Jagged Little Pill in the car this afternoon (continuing [livejournal.com profile] bibliogirl's trend of admitting to slightly embarrassing music ;-)
Last item bought: purple steroid inhalers, about half an hour ago, if prescriptions count as bought items. If not... a bottle of water, yesterday.
Last disappointment: having to take back a lovely new pair of purple trousers on Sunday when one of the belt loops tore. The story ends happily, however, because their replacement arrived in the post today and I'm wearing them as I type.
Last soda drank: no idea. I don't really drink fizzy drinks.
Last ice cream eaten: Ben and Jerry's Karamel Sutra, with [livejournal.com profile] secretrebel and K, one day last week.
Last shirt worn: the blue linen tunic I wore yesterday, if that counts as a shirt.
First book: there's no way at all I could remember that. The earliest book I still remember reading was The Magician's Nephew when I was about seven, I think.
Last book: White Teeth, on which I am currently supposed to be writing an essay.
First concert: I played (clarinet) in school concerts throughout my childhood, then went to lots of amateur rock/goth/metal gigs as a teenager, but the first 'real' concert I went to was probably Tori Amos at the Albert Hall in my first year.
Last concert: I think it was Tori Amos at Hammersmith in January, with [livejournal.com profile] blondeccgirl, [livejournal.com profile] ealuscerwen, [livejournal.com profile] frax, [livejournal.com profile] cardinalsin, A and C. I have been to other concerts not by Tori Amos in the intervening years ;-)
First computer: Commodore 64
Last computer: iBook
First game console: [livejournal.com profile] smiorgan has an N64, but it's much more his than mine
Last game console: ditto the Gamecube
First video game: one of those dreadful bouncy tennis games on a pre-Commodore 64 thing we plugged into the TV. Actually, I guess that counts as my first console, too.
Last video game: Soul Calibur, of course.
Last item mailed: I don't know. I'm terrible about posting things. Might've been the deposit for our wedding venue, a couple of months ago.

Displacement activity's a wonderful thing, isn't it? I was trying to avoid more office-sorting joy (I have a cold, which means that anything involving stairs or shifting heavy things is not really on, and I'm sure you can guess what most of the office-sorting would require.)
