The latest on the wedding planning
One night a couple of weeks ago, I had a vivid dream that we'd forgotten to pay the remaining money we owe on our wedding venue, and lost it. This rather scared me. So, having allowed a couple of post-essay recovery days,
smiorgan and I are now starting to investigate suppliers and think about decisions. We have lists. They mention the areas where one of us is happy for the other to make the decision (flowers and alcohol), and the areas we think we can delegate the job to a hapless attendant or parent (several ;-), and some of them have priority numbers next to them. Most of those numbers seem to be '1', which suggests to me that we're not very good at this planning malarkey.
Productive stuff accomplished since deciding to start organising:
- Honeymoon destination chosen: Venice
- Catering brochures ordered: three or four
- Venice holiday websites looked at: about five
