Lorem Ipsum

For anyone who has ever used the 'nonsense text' beginning Lorem ipsum when trying to get people to concentrate on layout and ignore content, here's a page giving the actual Latin it has mutated from, and translating it. It's Cicero on pleasure and pain, and I'm now replacing my mutated version with the real one :-)

I was somewhat amused by this, which records the prevalence of blogs in a number of different languages (using automated statistical analysis of the language used in each in order to classify it). Latin is currently at Number 18 on the list, ahead of, for example, Russian, Korean and Swedish - apparently on the basis of a thousand-odd pages filled with lorem ipsum text.
