This is starting to get silly

I have lots of email addresses. Variants on my real name and several different pseuds, on several different ISPs. Some of those addresses appear on web sites in various places, some have been used to sign up for mailing lists, or to buy things, and some contain the most common surname in the English language; as such, I expect a certain amount of spam. This expectation is rewarded by such things as offers of millions of dollars from various African countries, offers to make pages I don't own - but have submitted to - more visible to search engines, and random commercial mailings for cheap flights or phone calls. These things I can deal with. I expect them, and I delete them.

I have one address relating to a pseud I'm not currently using anywhere. I set the address up because I will use the pseud again, and it's useful to have it, but I've not used it. I haven't told anyone the address, I haven't used the address, and I haven't posted anything, anywhere, using it. It's not a dictionary word, or a variant of my name, or anyone else's. It's not on Hotmail.

Nevertheless, I get lots of mail to this address. Porn spam. Teenage sluts! Hot virgins! Girl on girl action! I don't reply asking to be removed, my mail client doesn't download linked images, and other addresses with the same ISP aren't affected. I don't understand, and it's annoying me.
