The most awful TV programme in the world
May. 7th, 2003 06:27 pmI got in from work, turned on the TV in search of the Simpsons, or some other similar entertainment, and happened across a programme called Your face or mine?. It's car crash viewing.
There's a couple in the TV studio, and they win money by accurately predicting whether the audience will think one of them is better looking than someone else. The section I saw started with a series of photos to compare to each of them, then progressed to a series of real people - mostly friends and exes of the couple ('So, Ben, which do you think is better looking, your girlfriend or your ex?'), and finally, the couple had to predict which of the two of them the audience would think was better looking.
So, um, yeah, I'm back in this country, and will soon try to talk about something more interesting, or at least an account of the highlights of the trip (having our passports confiscated, a French vampire, sunburn, andouilettes), but couldn't resist sharing that with you in the meantime.
