Well, I'm obviously maintaining power of veto... I have to look at least moderately respectable for work, and it'll take more than a free packet of hairdye to convince me to dye my hair green, for example ;-)

I thought the benefits for the sponsor would be me extolling their virtues, but everyone's latched onto trying to get my dye my hair a colour other than red ;-)

I actually made it ages ago, for someone who'd just dyed her hair purple, but she never used it. I keep meaning to sort the colours out properly - IIRC it's just a duotone atm, but it seemed appropriate ;-)

OK, here's the situation:
a) have found source of purple hair dye (though it's Boots.com so I'm open to recommendation)
b) have found source of funds to purchase same
c) have no virtues which can be honestly extolled.

So:
a) do you mind being dishonest in your LJ;

or

b) is the extolling of virtues transferable? Could I, for instance, ask you to extol the virtues of venta or lathany (hair dyer's both)? Or perhaps the virtues of someone not even on LJ? Cruel possibilities come to mind: dye your hair purple for 'free' on the condition that you weekly extol the virtues of Iain Duncan Smith...

At one point, back near the start of this journal, I counted the number of times I'd lied to it. It was twelve. So, while I mostly try not to lie, sometimes I do.

But extolling of virtues is also transferable. Within reason. Like dying my hair green, it would take more than a free packet of dye to make me extol IDS's virtues ;-)
