Silly Robert Lindsay icon

Just because, while channel-hopping earlier, we came across a sitcom called My Family. It seems to star Robert Lindsay, who plays Sir Edward Pellew in Hornblower, which killalla, smiorgan and I have been watching lots of recently. So there he was, in a Halloween devil costume, and how could I resist?

I'm not going to use it, I'm just posting it 'cos I think it's funny. killalla, on the off-chance you want it, be my guest ;-)

Okay, now I'm envisioning some kind of crazed Sir Edward Pellew/Lionel Luthor cross ('cause John Glover used to play Satan on Brimstone, y'know). Why, yes, it *is* a very scary mental place . . .;)

No, I'm not thinking about Lionel Luthor in a cheesy devil outfit striding aboard the Indefatigable and ordering HH around. No, I'm not. Really.

My Family. Funny; R Linsday plays a neurotic dentist with the most 'normal' family imaginable (assuming you include Zoe wannamaker in the 'normal' box)
A bit like Victor Meldrew without the hat.

I'd never even heard of it before, so it was quite a shock. Hence the silly icon ;-)

Victor Meldrew has a hat? Maybe he could lend it to Zoe Wannamaker, since her hair is the main thing that disqualifies her for normality ;-)
