Orange is my least favourite colour. Who d'you think I am, Alastair??

Pink's not my favourite colour, either. Obviously. But it'll still clash if I change it to my favourite colour. I think it's just mean to represent someone by a colour they hate. And I'm going to sulk at you till you give me a nice pink, purple, blue or white background. And I'll think about changing the star to being purple.

Although I also want to know why pink isn't me.

Purple I'm happy with. That's a colour I associate with you (or at least, the nice one of LJ's otherwise truly disgusting range of purples !).

Pink is a colour I associate mostly with bad girlie pop bands, gay men and bubblegum ! (Oh - and that really nasty liquid antibiotic whose name I forget...)

OK, I'm happy now - thanks :-)

I do like pink, I'm just still a bit scared of it ;-) Too many years as a tomboy, avoiding it entirely. But I've managed to rehabilitate grey (all of my school uniforms were grey. It put me off), so pink might be next.
