I loved "Damage", but mostly what I want to say about Angel today is: "I'm made of felt and my nose comes off", and damnit, why is it so many weeks before most of the other Angel fans on my friendslist will see "Smile Time"*? And mr_snips, we loooove you!

I'm planning to get the necessary equipment to illegally 'pirate' US TV shows, but am too busy at the moment - sorry! But I'm looking forward to the muppet episode though ;-)

Meh. I have 1 day a week free until june (and then we're off to alaska). Before I can start breaking copyright laws in comfort I have to get broadband, a DVD burner and chip my Xbox so it'll play the end result. Angel will be long finished on Sky by then (and the TiVo does a very good job of making sure I see it in the meantime)

I've only just gotten hold of S4 on DVD! It'll be *years* before I see S5. Pity me!

I can copy the VCDs for you if you like? Of course, this offer relies on me getting round to doing it, having a sufficient supply of CDRs to hand at the right time, and then remembering to bring them with me when I next see you, so don't get your hopes up too much, but I'm certainly willing ;-)

It did. It rocked like a very rocky thing. Especially the bit where <censored for people waiting for Sky One to show it in a few weeks> and - oh! - the bit where <why won't they bloody show it in this country so I can get on with being enthused in public?>

I'm going to be getting my icon-making hat out this evening, I think. And saying 'I'm made of felt and my nose comes off' to myself over and over again ;-)

My god, that's possibly the silliest episode of anything that I've ever seen, ever.

They should have kept him as a puppet for three episodes or something. That gag had miles left in it.

Did I say it was bad? It was ace.

I nearly died laughing when he kicked Spike's ass :) Plus all the usual moody scenes where they all walk along looking cool holding swords are so much better when one of them is a puppet.

My favorite episodes are the ones where life and fate conspire to humiliate Angel, and stop him maintaining even a semblence of dignity. I shall be keeping and treasuring this episode :) I still say that Angel needs to finish, but it's nice that there'll be some good episodes even in the final season. There's few shows you can say that about :)
